Job Title: Terminal Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Terminal Engineer to join our team at Island Energy Services LLC. As a Terminal Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our terminal facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to the Operation and Maintenance departments to troubleshoot and address operational or mechanical issues.
  • Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance work orders (PM) to ensure that assets continue to operate in a safe and reliable manner.
  • Participate in and lead MOC's, PHA's, & risk assessments to review the risks associated with a change or process and provide a mechanical engineering & design perspective.
  • Review and update Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's).
  • Identify reliability trends in equipment and develop solutions to address shortcomings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a terminal, refinery, or power generation with an emphasis on fluid systems design, rotating equipment reliability, and piping system repair techniques.
  • Experience working within terminal or refinery engineering, inspections, maintenance, or operation groups.
  • Proven understanding of reliability and maintenance principles.

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annualized per year, commensurate with experience.
