Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our innovative team at our Renton clinic. While proficiency in Spanish is preferred, it is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments to collect patients' medical histories, current health issues, and lifestyle factors.
- Create customized treatment plans utilizing appropriate physical therapy techniques based on patient diagnoses.
- Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes and detailed treatment plans for each patient.
- Monitor patients' conditions and responses to treatments, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with various healthcare professionals, both within and outside the clinic, to ensure integrated and holistic care.
Required Qualifications:
- Authorization to work in the US.
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
- Bachelor's degree or higher, along with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Previous experience in a healthcare facility or clinic is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
