Position Overview

Role Summary: Support surgical or other invasive interventions by preparing and supplying necessary sterile instruments, materials, and equipment, while ensuring the integrity of the sterile environment. Proactively address the requirements of the surgical team throughout the operation.

CVOR Certified Surgical Technologists are expected to engage actively in committee functions, assessments, enhancement initiatives, and ongoing professional development.


Qualifications:

Educational Background: Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology Program

Experience Requirements: No prior experience necessary

Licenses/Certifications Needed: CPR – BCLS
Must hold a valid Surgical Technologist certification
