Job Title: Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at the Surgery Center. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Job Summary:

The Surgical Technologist will be responsible for preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting the surgical team during procedures. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the operating room and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
  • Assist the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments and supplies
  • Monitor the patient's vital signs and report any changes to the surgical team
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a surgical setting
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in high-stress situations
