We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructor to join our team in the Department of Radiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting chest radiographs, thoracic CT, and thoracic MRI, as well as performing thoracic needle biopsies and participating in cardiovascular CT and MRI clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret chest radiographs, thoracic CT, and thoracic MRI
- Perform thoracic needle biopsies
- Participate in cardiovascular CT and MRI clinical practice
- Participate in shared after-hour and weekend coverage
- Contribute to case review series and didactic lectures with residents and cardiothoracic imaging fellows
- MD or MD/PhD or equivalent degree
- American Board of Radiology certified or eligible
- Completed diagnostic radiology residency
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop research credentials and participate in a specialized research focus in consultation with the Division Chief. Instructors are provided research and educational support to prepare them for an academic and/or clinical career.
