About the Role:

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, glassware, and dishes in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure a clean and organized dish room area and assist the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
  • Work efficiently to maintain adequate levels of clean tableware during both high and low volume hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the dish load effectively to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant during peak periods.
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the dish room, kitchen floors, and Back of House areas.
  • Fulfill additional duties as needed to guarantee the seamless operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Prioritize cleanliness and operate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Stand for extended periods, adhere to safety procedures, and be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; strong work ethic and teamwork skills are essential.

Estimated Salary: $12-$15 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications.
