Froster - Cake Artisan

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're seeking a skilled Froster to join our team. As a key member of our bakery staff, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality cakes that exceed our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow our proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision to achieve productivity goals.
- Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes.
- Prioritize cake pre-orders according to schedule and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
- Ensure an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintain appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.
- Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes as well as product rotation standards, and maintain frosting and refrigeration logs.
- Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure Nothing Bundt Cakes standards are met and inform management of any quality control issues.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation, ensure frosting supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift, and wash any equipment in the absence of the Dishwasher/Utility Employee.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
- Maintain a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant or in a foodservice environment is a plus.
- Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
