The successful candidate will possess at least 4 years of expertise in managing consumer collection cases within state courts, overseeing both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes, and representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Experience as a judicial clerk is considered advantageous.

Applicants should demonstrate the capability to deliver comprehensive and practical evaluations and counsel while effectively advocating for clients throughout the legal collection journey. Strong organizational skills and exceptional personal management abilities are essential.

Essential Qualifications:
