Strategic Operations Analyst

The Strategic Operations Analyst will collaborate closely with the COO to synthesize operational details into a comprehensive strategy. This role involves identifying challenges and formulating actionable solutions that align with the company's operational framework. The analyst will pinpoint critical operational requirements and transform them into strategic opportunities. Administrative responsibilities will include supporting project coordination and ensuring effective communication. The analyst will present ideas persuasively to engage stakeholders and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of short-, mid-, and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough organizational assessments to uncover strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.
  • Generate actionable reports that highlight key performance metrics and suggest improvements in current operations.
  • Provide the COO with practical recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration among team leaders.
  • Develop strategic business plans that address significant issues affecting the organization.
  • Offer ongoing support to the COO, including the preparation of presentations, reports, and research.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify growth drivers and obstacles, presenting insights to executive leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Support talent development to advance strategic goals and foster a performance-driven culture.
  • Reflect the values of The Ladders in all interactions with internal and external partners.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Three to five years of experience in a strategic planning role.
  • Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Proficient understanding of business processes and operational frameworks.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex topics and present findings clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
