About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu items that meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and mentor our team of chefs to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure that the kitchen is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, meeting all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Certifications: Hold a valid food safety certification and have a deep understanding of HACCP principles.
