Position Overview:

The Sr. Account Specialist acts as the primary connection between external clients and internal teams for designated accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and support, serving as a subject matter expert while managing the program from strategic planning to daily operations. The Sr. Account Specialist will engage in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, implement necessary changes, and address any escalated issues related to their area of expertise. The focus will be on medium to long-term strategies and effective execution of various products, services, and solutions across multiple business lines, including:

  • Formulating and executing long-term strategies to enhance, expand, and diversify client relationships.
  • Identifying and nurturing client interactions to uncover new opportunities.
  • Resolving client issues promptly to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service and daily support to assigned clients regarding programs, products, services, and initiatives.
  • Handle inquiries related to programs and processes from clients, dealers, consumers, and internal departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, engaging with key business stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates and communications to keep clients informed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to your responsibilities.
  • Develop strong partnerships with internal colleagues (e.g., Account Management, Sales/Training, Legal) and client personnel.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions in alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and report on all client-related projects, changes, and issues in your area of focus.
  • Foster and maintain robust, long-lasting client relationships, discussing critical business areas with clients.
  • Support team members by cultivating effective interpersonal relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of key job functions, relevant terminology, technical processes, and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, advocate for their needs, and initiate resolutions.
  • Perform additional project and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in client services, including account management and project management.

  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams in complex organizational structures.
  • Strong project management skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with project management software; Smartsheet is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data using reporting tools (Power BI or Looker preferred).
  • Capability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
