Position Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist plays a vital role in ensuring a compliant and efficient workforce. This position is responsible for overseeing recruitment initiatives, ensuring compliance with credentialing and regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include collaborating with department leaders, conducting comprehensive background investigations, and managing the complete hiring process. The HR Generalist also promotes a positive workplace culture while navigating complex healthcare regulations and policies. They are tasked with resolving conflicts, providing HR guidance, and maintaining confidentiality standards essential in healthcare environments. Additional responsibilities encompass benefits administration, employee development, payroll support, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to HR policies and legal regulations.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain HR documentation.
  • Administer employee benefits and assist in training and development programs.
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of HR experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and familiarity with HR compliance standards.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
