Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Bellevue WA. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, and adequate nutritional intake.
  • Promote a Safe Environment: Ensure the client's living space is safe and free from hazards.
  • Assist with Ambulation and Transfers: Help clients move around and transfer from one place to another.
  • Assist with Light Housekeeping and Meal Preparation: Assist clients with light housekeeping and meal preparation tasks.
  • Assist with Medication Reminders: Remind clients to take their medications as prescribed.
  • Assist with Vital Sign Monitoring: Monitor clients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.

Requirements:

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Licensure and Certification: Current Washington NA-C, HCA, or enrolled in classes pursuing an HCA or NA-C license.
  • Work Experience: Two (2) positive work references.
  • Background Check and Drug Test: Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test.
