Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care within the defined regulatory scope
  • Assist in delivering direct patient services
  • Facilitate patient education and encourage self-management objectives
  • Maintain precise medical documentation and ensure adherence to regulations
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver outstanding care

Qualifications:

  • Valid California LVN License
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient care environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Competent in executing fundamental nursing tasks
  • Capable of operating and maintaining medical devices
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
