About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and patient individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), you will serve as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians, providing vital assistance with mobility needs and daily living activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other memory impairments
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and routine personal tasks
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians
  • Enhance the lives of older adults through compassionate and patient care
Requirements
  • Graduated from a school of Vocational Nursing
  • Hold an active Vocational Nursing license (LVN/LPN)
  • Preferred experience working as a licensed nurse in a senior care or long-term care setting
