Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Manager to join our team at Action Staffing-Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities and accounts for assigned customers and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sales Activities: Process daily purchase orders, update sales/purchase orders in the ERP system accurately and expeditiously, and meet metrics defined by the Director.
  • Customer Support: Answer customer questions and concerns, follow up and research orders utilizing the ERP system (Epicor), and provide excellent support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and review reports as directed by the Director of Business Development, and support the development of metrics and KPIs for Sales and other departments.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through consistent contact, and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of prior sales administrative support, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with aerospace experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proactive, communicative, dependable, accurate, and organized, with experience with V-Lookup and creation of Pivot Tables.
  • Education: Familiarity with aerospace distribution, MRO, and aftermarket support sales models, and strong relationship and customer development skills.
