Compensation:$122,500 - $154,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interests and identify their home preferences.
- Coordinate property showings and conduct open houses for potential buyers.
- Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers or listing agents to ensure a satisfactory transaction for all parties involved.
- Prepare essential documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to finalize sales.
- Provide prospective home buyers with vital insights regarding the local real estate market.
- Oversee the necessary documentation for legal property transactions to ensure a seamless closing process.
- Assist clients throughout the home-buying journey, including budgeting and exploring mortgage options.
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
- A proven history of successful real estate transactions.
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and have the ability to travel by car.
- Preferred experience of over one year as a buyer's agent or in real estate.
- A high school diploma is necessary; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in real estate sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with the local real estate landscape and prevailing market trends.
