**Job Summary**
Addison Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial accounting functions for a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties, investment accounting, and fund accounting.
**Responsibilities**
* Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure accurate and timely reporting
* Execute monthly and quarterly financial tasks, including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, and accruals
* Compile financial statements for various entities under the firm's management
* Uphold the integrity of the accounting system and lead process enhancements where needed
* Prepare reporting and budgets for investment holdings and joint venture partnerships
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Minimum 4 years of GAAP and financial statement experience
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a penchant for organization and teamwork
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
