Key Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on industry trends, emerging threats, and lessons learned from incidents or audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, business administration, or related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in leadership roles encompassing information security, program management, and strategic business partnership.
  • Strong proficiency in program development, collaboration, and coordination across diverse teams and departments.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or equivalent are advantageous.
