About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee field operations, ensuring general safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, commissioning, and coordination with other superintendents and project leaders on the jobsite.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience supporting the construction of major projects, preferably in the building of power stations or supply networks, or other utility-scale construction projects. They will possess excellent skills in MS Project or comparable project management tools, strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of software development methodologies and processes, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directs solar/construction personnel and/or installation subcontractors to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
  • Coordinates personnel, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules.
  • Analyzes situations, identifies and forecasts pertinent problems and evaluates realistic options; and recommends/implements appropriate course of action.
  • Finds and implements welding certification, training, and experience appropriate for assignment scope.
  • Coordinates and implements resources and activities necessary to maintain a safe and quality execution.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience supporting the constructions of major projects.
  • Solar PV, wind power, or BESS project experience is preferred.
  • Excellent skills in MS Project or comparable project management tool.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of software development methodologies and processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per annum, based on the location and requirements.
