Job Title: RF Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced RF Design Engineer to join our team at Innova Solutions. As an RF Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing RF systems and networks for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF systems and networks for clients
  • Perform radio engineering evaluations for system planning and site acquisition
  • Evaluate coverage problems and requirements for coverage and capacity cells
  • Develop project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion
  • Create high-level processes for managing special projects, collecting data from multiple sources & tools, and presenting it to the immediate team for taking actions
  • Manage projects on behalf of the RF design team while coordinating with design engineers and engineering teams consisting of real estate and construction
  • Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues as needed to meet internal or external deadlines and reporting requirements
  • Navigate and complete FUZE tasks
  • Utilize propagation tools and other RF-related equipment such as QGIS, MapInfo, Google Earth, ATOLL, propagation, and coverage review and selection, zoning, and regulatory
  • Determination of regulatory coverage boundaries for extensions, FAA/FCC filings
  • Working with the performance team to improve Key Performance Indicators within the area of interest
  • Prepare necessary zoning justification packages and regulatory filings for sites
  • Conduct RFE analysis, generate required reports, and documents, and ensure 100% compliance with RFE mitigation standards within the allotted time frame
  • Automate processes when opportunities arise and share information with teams
Requirements:
  • Advance experience and demonstrated ability to use Atoll, & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data analysis & PM skills are strongly desired
  • Tableau, FUZE, Roof master, SQL, Visio, Ericsson performance tools, Visual Basic (macro creation)

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range: Between $65 - $70 Per hour
