Job Title: Engineer-RF - III

Join eTeam as a highly skilled RF Engineer to contribute to the design and implementation of regional wireless macro and small cell networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create site design RFDS and complete plumbing diagrams to ensure efficient network deployment.
  • Perform radio engineering evaluations for system planning and site acquisition to optimize network performance.
  • Evaluate coverage problems and requirements for coverage and capacity cells to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Utilize propagation tools and other RF-related equipment to determine regulatory coverage boundaries and optimize network design.
  • Review cell sites and design for upgrades/modifications to improve network efficiency.
  • Create search areas and review search area candidates to identify optimal locations for network deployment.
  • Work with the performance team to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the area of interest.
  • Prepare necessary zoning justification packages and regulatory filings for sites to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct RFE analysis, generate required reports, and ensure 100% compliance to RFE mitigation standards within the allotted time frame.
  • Determine the required antennas for planned frequencies and their optimal positions to ensure optimal network performance.
  • Determine the required cable, antennas, and equipment to implement macro and small cell wireless network clusters.
Requirements:
  • Advanced experience and demonstrated ability to use Atoll and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred tools experience: Fuze, Roofmaster, SQL, Visio, Client performance tools, Visual Basic (macro creation).
