Inpatient Rehab Nurse Opportunity at Frisbie Memorial Hospital

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Rehab Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, creating and implementing individualized care plans that meet each patient's unique needs.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and effective coordination of care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to promote positive patient outcomes and improve overall quality of care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- BLS certification is required, with Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification required within 90 days of beginning employment.
- A Certified Registered Rehab Nurse (CRRN) certification is preferred.
- You must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire or hold appropriate compact licensure, in accordance with law and regulation.
- An Associate Degree from an accredited school of nursing is required, with a BSN preferred.
