Job Title: Consultant/Engineer - Electric Mobility

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant/Engineer to join our team at P3 USA, Inc. as part of our Electric Mobility division.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading consulting, engineering, and testing projects for clients in the electric mobility ecosystem. This includes working with Charge Point Operators, Utilities, Platform providers, Hardware manufacturers, and automotive OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients in the development or testing of new hardware
  • Conduct Test Drives/Charging Tests with Electric Vehicles
  • Provide software implementation support for new features/functions
  • Ensure system integration and market analysis & benchmarks
  • Conduct business model analysis & strategy consulting
  • Manage the rollout of Charging Infrastructure
  • Perform data analytics & operational excellence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in an engineering or science discipline (preferably electrical)
  • 2+ years of work experience in the electric mobility ecosystem (preferably with a Chargepoint operator or Charging Hardware manufacturer)
  • Excellent knowledge of charging technologies and protocols (OCPP, PKI, ISO 15118, DIN, OCPI, etc.)
  • Good understanding of US Energy markets & principles and applicable standards/codes (NEC, Metering law, Building Code, etc.)
  • Project management skills to lead client projects
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated and driven with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Willingness to travel
  • Licensed to work in the US
