Position Overview

Rosboro Company is on the lookout for a dedicated and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Production Lead. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in wood products manufacturing, showcasing a history of progressively responsible positions within plant operations. This role calls for an individual who is committed to learning and eager to contribute significantly to our operational success.

Essential Qualities

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. A coachable attitude, a proactive approach to continuous improvement, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment are crucial for this position.

This role serves as an entry point towards advancing to a Production Supervisor position. Candidates are expected to consistently strive for and work towards full supervisory responsibilities, preparing to take on the Supervisor role as it becomes available.
