Payroll and Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HRIS Systems Specialist to join our team at All States Ag Parts, LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of HRIS systems similar to ADP Workforce Now and excellent organizational skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
- Supervise employees on payroll process and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
- Three to five years of experience in HRIS systems similar to ADP Workforce Now.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
