Business Analyst Intern Opportunity

Hendrickson USA, L.L.C. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will assist the Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) - Applications team on various projects and initiatives while gaining real-world experience to supplement topics learned in formal education and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering, processing, and reporting data to help determine operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in creating dashboards using PowerBI for business process owners (BPOs).
  • Assist with testing and validating the company's data within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) data hub to ensure proper functionality.
  • Assist with consolidating and aggregating data to be used in the ERP data hub.
  • Assist with data cleansing and harmonization of ERP data hub to ensure efficient reporting.
  • Assist with gathering user requirements for functional specifications.
  • Assist with addressing help desk tickets and supporting the IT department's customer base.
  • Assist with project work as needed and directed by management.

Requirements:

  • A status of current enrollment or recent graduate from a Business Analytics program required.
  • A minimum of a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale required.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and PowerBI required.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts to produce results.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
