**Job Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team at Mutual Care Ems LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in various nursing specialties, particularly in Pediatrics and Inpatient care.

The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to support patients with developmental disabilities and those requiring specialized care such as seizure/airway management.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and dressing patients.
  • Work with other professionals to create treatment plans.
  • Clean and re-dress wounds if needed.
  • Measure vital signs.
  • Monitor changes in behavior and progress.
  • Daily charting/monitor logs.

**Qualifications:

  • REQUIRED-Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Experience in Pediatrics, Inpatient care, or related specialties preferred
  • Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols
  • Patience
  • Empathy
  • Flexible work hours
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within home environment.
  • Compassionate approach towards patient care, especially for those with developmental disabilities.
