Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in phlebotomy, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are required if applicable.
  • Flexibility to work multiple locations and adapt to changing priorities is necessary.
