Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and program participants.
- Conduct tours, sell memberships and programs, and provide information about facilities and services.
- Resolve membership concerns and report unusual situations or unresolved issues to supervisors.
- Apply YMCA policies related to member services.
- Register and receipt monies for memberships and program participants.
- CPR/First Aid, Blood Bourne Pathogen, and Child Abuse Prevention training within the first 30 days of employment.
- High school diploma and at least three months of customer service/public relations experience.
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
