Job Summary:The Clinical Nurse-I is a critical member of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide competent and compassionate care to patients with complex medical conditions, including spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and strokes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote patient-centered care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
