Job Summary

Elite Restoration is seeking a skilled Restoration Specialist to join our team in Bellevue, ID. As a Restoration Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping homeowners and businesses recover from fire, smoke, and water damage situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to identify restoration needs
  • Develop and implement effective restoration plans to ensure timely and efficient recovery
  • Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and insurance companies to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Perform controlled demolition, baseboard and carpet cushion removal, peeling, securing, and reattaching wallpaper, drywall installation, trim finish work, insulation, and painting
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean and serviceable condition
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Previous experience in disaster restoration or a related field
  • Drywall experience preferred
  • IICRC certifications a plus (not required)
  • Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No facial or neck tattoos allowed
