Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at The Menninger Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. To be considered, you must have a current license to practice as an RN in the state of Texas and a minimum of two years of experience in psychiatric nursing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and treatment
  • Document patient responses and effectiveness of nursing interventions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned and provide leadership to other nursing staff members
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas
  • Minimum of two years of experience in psychiatric nursing
