We are seeking a highly skilled Beverage Server to join our team at Magnolia Hill LLC.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their beverage needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Beverage Service: Take and fill all beverage orders, maintaining a clean and neat gaming area.
  • Guest Interaction: Monitor guests' needs, ensure all requests are fulfilled promptly, and provide courteous assistance.
  • Maintenance: Assist other beverage personnel with maintenance duties, including opening/closing tasks as needed.
  • Cleanliness: Clean unwanted debris from guests' gaming areas, refill beverage supplies, and maintain service wells stocked and sanitary.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Physical Demands: Stand and walk for prolonged periods, frequently use hands to handle objects, and occasionally lift/pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Communication: Utilize proper call order when ordering beverages from the bartender, request identification from guests when necessary, and stay current on department promotions and compliance guidelines.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will have access to benefits, such as health insurance and paid time off.
