  • Mixes ingredients in order to prepare drinks and cocktails
  • Slices and pit fruit for garnishing
  • Cleans bar area, glasses, utensils and bar equipment
  • Makes a reasonable effort to limit problems and liability related to guests' excessive drinking by taking steps as described in required TIPS Training
  • Checks identification of guests who could be under the age of 21
  • Takes beverage orders from guests as well as the wait staff
  • Provides and replenishes beverage stock and supplies
  • Promotes outstanding guests service on a continual basis
  • Abides by all health and safety regulations
  • Performs all other duties specified or assigned
