We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to join our team at the Langone Orthopedic Center. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing medically prescribed radiographic procedures with precision and accuracy.
Job Responsibilities:- Perform radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of radiographic exams.
- Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
- Certificate from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
- New York State license or temporary permit to practice.
- Diagnostic Radiology Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- College graduate.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
