Job Summary:

Rosecrance is seeking a compassionate and effective Licensed Therapist to provide individual and group therapy in a state-licensed outpatient setting. As a member of our caring and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a helping relationship with clients and families, characterized by warmth, respect, genuineness, concreteness, and empathy.
• Manage crisis situations and determine the need for additional professional assistance.
• Engage clients to meet established norms for client return and retention.
• Create clinically appropriate treatment plans with measurable short-term and long-term goals, identified methods to measure and evaluate progress.
• Apply ASAM and DSM-V criteria appropriately.
• Utilize a comprehensive assessment process to document findings and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts throughout the treatment process.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree required.
• Current Wisconsin psychotherapy license (LPC-IT, LPC, LCSW, MFT, CSAC...).
• Ability to facilitate individual and group patient sessions with limited clinical supervision.
• Timely and clinically appropriate documentation completion.
• Caseload management, including intakes, TX planning, clinical review, discharge, collateral communication, and scheduling.
