About the Role

We are seeking a licensed, part-time therapist to provide mental health services to families. This role reports to a clinical supervisor and involves working closely with other clinical team members, such as psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers.

Responsibilities
  • Employ evidence-based methods to support members in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Test and implement new therapeutic methods and protocols
  • Attend training sessions on our specialized curriculum and collaborative care style
Requirements
  • Hold an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC licensure
  • Must be licensed in Wisconsin; licensure in other states is a plus
  • Experience using video telehealth and being tech-savvy
  • Motivated and organized by a vibrant team environment
  • A friendly and engaging clinical tone
  • Dedicated to supporting young people's goal-setting
  • Willingness to work evening shifts is desirable
