We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Development Specialist to join our team at Educational Testing Service (ETS). As a key member of our assessment development team, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and evaluating educational materials that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing Learning Materials: Create high-quality learning materials, including assessments, curricula, and instructional resources, that align with current standards and trends in education.
- Collaborating with Subject-Matter Experts: Work closely with subject-matter experts to ensure that learning materials accurately reflect the latest knowledge and research in their field.
- Evaluating and Refining Assessments: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and assessments, making recommendations for improvement and refinement as needed.
- Providing Guidance and Support: Offer guidance and support to less experienced team members, helping them to develop their skills and expertise in curriculum development and assessment design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's Degree: A master's degree in a relevant field, such as education, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field, with a strong focus on assessment design and evaluation.
- Subject-Matter Expertise: Strong subject-matter expertise in education, instructional design, or a related field, with a deep understanding of current standards and trends.
