Nurse Practitioner Clinic Family Practice

Aylo Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Hampton, Georgia.
Job Summary:The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and treatment of care for patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
Responsibilities:- Outpatient medical consultation services under supervision of a physician in our medical office.
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating new and existing patient's medical conditions.
- Conducting follow-up patient care.
- Ordering and interpreting lab, radiology, and other diagnostic study results.
- Prescribing and referring patients for consultations when appropriate.
- Answering emergency telephone calls after hours and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Administer and order drugs for patients.
- Complete all notes/tasks in patient's EMR account indicating patient status and treatment procedures performed.
- Perform patient physicals.
- Providing health education to patients and families.
- Supervising/coordinating the activities of patient care and support staff within the clinic.
- Performs other duties as assigned in accordance with a nurse protocol agreement.
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in Family Practice or Urgent Care required.
- Master's in Nursing.
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Current APRN licensure in Georgia.
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration preferred.
- Great earning potential which includes a base salary plus a lucrative bonus plan - earn up to $200k/year.
- $15,000 sign-on bonus.
- 4 weeks of paid time off.

- Limited on-call duties (phone call only, 1 week/year).
