Key Responsibilities
- Laboratory Oversight: Supervise and uphold a classified laboratory environment, ensuring adherence to security measures, facility clearances, and operational protocols.
- Service Coordination: Oversee the provision of technical services such as system administration, network management, hardware engineering, and software evaluation within the lab, ensuring all key performance indicators are met.
- Operational Management: Direct daily lab operations, including scheduling, resource distribution, and compliance with governmental regulations and contractual obligations.
- Quality Control: Establish quality control measures to guarantee the reliability, precision, and security of lab operations and services provided.
- Collaboration: Engage with governmental stakeholders, project leaders, and technical teams to comprehend project needs and ensure the successful delivery of lab services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of five years of experience in laboratory management, technical service provision, or similar roles.
- Extensive knowledge of hardware engineering, systems administration, network management, and software testing practices.
- Possession of TS/SCI Clearance.
- Compliance with certification requirements as per DoD M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Server+, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Proven leadership abilities with substantial experience in managing and directing complex system design and integration initiatives.
