About the Role

Grainger is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and meeting the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customer expectations for quality and delivery speed.
  • Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
  • Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age.
  • Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations.
  • Able to receive feedback and work well in a team environment.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical lifting assessment.
