Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to patients in need, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Assist with routine patient care activities, including vital sign collection and specimen collection.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping hallways clear of excess equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish goals and restrictions of privileges based on patient behavior and level of care.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in mental health or human services related field preferred.
- Previous experience in healthcare or mental health preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
