Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Parts Sales Associate to enhance our parts department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for powersports and demonstrate a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in identifying and locating the necessary parts.
  • Respond to phone inquiries directed to the parts department.
  • Generate parts invoices, manage special orders, and track parts availability.
  • Maintain an organized inventory, ensuring displays and back stock are well-stocked.
  • Uphold a clean and efficient work environment on the parts sales floor.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while adhering to the work schedule.

Essential Skills:
  • Knowledge of powersports products and mechanical understanding.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proficient phone etiquette, including call handling and transfers.
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating dealer websites and using online resources.
  • Familiarity with CDK Lightspeed is advantageous.
  • Basic Excel spreadsheet proficiency.
