POSITION SUMMARY
The Pharmaceutical Production Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. This position involves utilizing technical skills to operate, adjust, clean, and set up machinery, thereby adhering to industry standards for production and distribution.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Set up machinery and monitor operations to manufacture a diverse range of pharmaceutical products.
  • Conduct inspections, measurements, and tests on raw materials and finished goods to guarantee precision and quality.
  • Facilitate the movement of materials, ingredients, and products within the manufacturing area to support production workflows.
  • Load raw materials into machines for the production process.
  • Unload finished products from machinery.
  • Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing equipment and areas to ensure proper hygiene and readiness for product changeovers.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Full-time employment opportunity.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred: Trade School Certification or a degree in a Mechanical or Technical field.
  • Experience in manufacturing or packaging, particularly in the pharmaceutical or food sectors, is desirable.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and logical reasoning skills.
  • Proficient literacy and documentation skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to work across three different shifts or extended hours as needed.
