Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit. As a travel nurse with GHR Travel Nursing, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the United States
- Minimum 1 year of ICU experience
- Ability to work 36 hours per week
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
