Vocational Rehabilitation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist I to join our team at Omega Health Services. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping individuals with disabilities achieve employment-based goals and succeed in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:- Support clients in achieving employment objectives through personalized job support, from pre-employment obligations to ongoing work experience.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant assistive technology and accommodations to facilitate successful workplace integration.
- Monitor, document, and provide guidance on workplace challenges, promoting positive relationships between clients and colleagues.
- Cultivate natural supports within the workplace to enhance independence and reduce reliance on paid staff.
- Collaborate with clients' Person-Centered Planning teams to address employer and client needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History&Arts;
- Or Associate's Degree with 1 Year of relevant experience;
- Or Highschool Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience;
- FirstAid/CPR (Upon Employment);
- Relias Training/Online Virtual Training (Training completed On-Site);
- Proficiency working with Workplace by Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Asana;
- General Education/Tutoring Experience (3Years);
- Valid Driver's License and Transportation w/proper insurance coverage;
- Successful Drug Screen;
- Successful Background Check (Federal, State, County);
- $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience;
