BAYADA Home Health Care, a leading provider of home health care services, is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Garrett Park, Maryland. As a Home Health SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of clients in their own homes, providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to those who need it most.

**Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications. This comprehensive compensation package includes a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.

About the Role:

In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. You will develop personalized treatment plans based on your evaluations, physician's orders, and recommended goals, working closely with BAYADA clinicians to ensure seamless care coordination. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping patients regain independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Your Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SLP with a current license in Maryland and a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. Prior home care experience is a plus, but not required. If you possess solid computer skills and are comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR), we encourage you to apply.
