Job Summary:

The Program Manager is responsible for the financial success of the SBE Program Management while meeting customer needs per agreed commitments. The value range is typically between $50-80M in budget responsibility. The Program Manager oversees and approves task planning on several large projects or product lines; approves resource requirements and effort estimates; establishes direction for functional team and direct reports across a suite of projects to balance product line priorities; is responsible for project data integration and tracking of financials, quality levels, and implementation of corrective actions based on variance and critical path analysis for the entire product line; balances customer expectations with internal business goals; participates in business planning efforts and approves results.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees and approves task planning on several large projects or product lines;
• Approves resource requirements and effort estimates;
• Establishes direction for functional team and direct reports across a suite of projects to balance product line priorities;
• Is responsible for project data integration and tracking of financials, quality levels, and implementation of corrective actions based on variance and critical path analysis for the entire product line;
• Balances customer expectations with internal business goals;
• Participates in business planning efforts and approves results;

Requirements:

• BS/BA Engineering, Sciences, or Other Related Program Field and at least 10 years of directly related experience;
• Advanced Degrees (M.S./MBA) preferred;
• Extensive Program Management Experience and increasing leadership responsibility;
• Preferred cross-functional and business experiences;
• In lieu of formal education, 18 years of directly related experience;
• Must be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS;
• Must be able to lift 50lbs;
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U.S. Driver's License;
• Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining;
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently;
• Candidates must also meet CENTCOM MOD (Fit for Duty) theater requirements;
