About the Role
* Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
* Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities
* Client Engagement: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.
* Referral Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our agency referral partners to generate new business opportunities.
* Product Solutions: Analyze clients' current insurance coverage and recommend the most suitable policies across various insurance products.
* Application and Policy Management: Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
* Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and exceptional service.
* Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed and relevant advice to clients.

Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience as an insurance broker or in a related sales role, with a strong track record of working with warm leads and generating business through referrals.
* Licensing: Must hold a valid Texas insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
* Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively explain complex insurance products and provide personalized solutions.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
